Rob is available for video coaching of individuals and groups of up to 3.
The normal fee is $750/hour.
A sliding scale applies to individual practitioners and those in smaller consulting companies of fewer than five professionals.
Certification
In collaboration with Matt Taylor, Rob offers certification in The Collaboration Code/MG Taylor System and Method.
Criteria for Certification:
Demonstrates deep proficiency in the application of the System and Method to a complex systemic challenge
Works with clients to expand/deepen their understanding of the work at hand
Manifests (and has insight into) her/his unique and authentic personal style
Effectively teaches/coaches others in this approach, starting with KnowledgeWorker teams
Is committed to expand and deepen his/her own mastery through regular professional development
The certification process entails developing and documenting a Master Work DesignShop to be reviewed by Rob and Matt.
